The Barr note is a 1963b dollar bill that has the signature of the former Secretary of the United States Treasury, Joseph Barr. So what, right? Aren't all bills are signed by the Secretary of Treasury? Well, yes, they are.

But Barr was only Secretary of Treasury for 28 days. He is the single shortest tenured Secretary of the Treasury in U.S. history.
